This year has been all about refinement, little changes, quiet upgrades, and choosing beauty in every sense of the word.
I’ve been showing up for myself more intentionally, making space for routines that nourish me inside and out. The gym has become part of my lifestyle, not out of pressure, but out of love. I’ve been eating better, moving with purpose, and watching my body evolve in ways that feel empowering and feminine.
I’ve also started to romanticize the little moments again. lighting candles, wearing perfume just for me, choosing outfits that make me feel confident even on slow days. I believe softness is a strength, and there’s nothing more powerful.
